Abstracts for Proffered and Oral Presentations are invited under the following themes:
• Gynaecological Cytology.
• Non-gynaecological Cytology.
• Other subjects related to the conference programme.

Posters
An area for poster displays will be allocated at Griffith College. Poster boards are 1.00m wide x 2.00m high. It is recommended that displays do not exceed 1.5m in length. Posters can be put up from 18.00hrs on Sunday 7th September and should be removed by 13.00hrs on Wednesday 10th September. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any posters left after this time. A supply of Velcro tabs will be available at the venue. No screws or double-sided adhesive tape will be allowed as they damage the boards.
Prizes
It is intended that prizes will be awarded to the best Proffered Paper and Poster Presentation. Further details will be available shortly.
Speaker Preview
Presenters should bring their presentation in PowerPoint (PC) format, as no overhead transparencies, 35mm slide projection or video facilities will be available at this event.
We would ask you to ensure you check in your presentation at least four hours before you are due to speak (where possible). It will not be possible to check in presentations in the main lecture hall. If you make your way to the Conference Registration Desk on arrival, we will direct you to the Speaker Preview Room.
Staff will be on-hand in the Speaker Preview room to assist. Presenters do not need to bring a laptop as presentations will be loaded onto a main computer. It is recommended that you bring your presentation on USB Memory Stick, CD or Zip disk.
Please note presenters of Proffered Papers should register and pay the conference fee in order to make your presentation.
